The Central Library of Misr University for Science and Technology launched the “Reading and Community Initiative,” under the patronage of Mr. Khaled El-Toukhy, Chairman of the Board of Trustees; Dr. Nehad El-Mahboub, University President; and Dr. Nada Labib, General Director of University Libraries and Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Library Affairs. The initiative is supported by the Central Library Publishing Center, the Center for Arab Heritage Documentation, Dar Dawen, Dar El Karma, and Dar El Mostaqbal for Educational Production. The event will take place from Tuesday, October 1, 2024, to Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Student Services Building (SS). The opening ceremony was attended by Dr. Rehab Abdel Moneim, Dean of the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Manufacturing; Dr. Sherif Shaheen, Dean of the College of Special Education; Dr. Hala Eissa, Dean of the College of Biotechnology; and Dr. Nancy Zaghloul, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs at the College of Medicine.
