


In an effort to enhance cultural and social interaction among international students, Mohamed Ahmed Balash (Syrian) and Saeed Mohamed Abbas Salem (Jordanian), students of the College of Dentistry and Oral Surgery at Misr University for Science and Technology, took part in the annual Iftar dinner for international students, held in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The event was organized under the supervision of Dr. Ayman Farid, Acting Head of the Cultural Affairs and Scholarships Sector, and Dr. Ahmed Abdel Ghani, Head of the Central Administration for International Student Affairs, and was attended by a distinguished group of university presidents, board secretaries, ambassadors, advisors, cultural attachés, ministry officials, and media representatives, in addition to a large number of international students from various nationalities.
This annual event serves as a unique opportunity for students to meet and exchange cultures, reaffirming the commitment of the Cultural Affairs and Scholarships Sector and the Central Administration for International Student Affairs to providing a comprehensive educational environment and offering modern academic programs that align with the requirements of both the current and future labor markets. Furthermore, the initiative to attract international students is one of the strategic priorities of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, aiming to enhance the standing of the Arab Republic of Egypt as a leading educational destination regionally and internationally, and to leverage the exceptional academic and research capabilities available at Egyptian universities
