Dr. Mossallam has more than twenty-five years of experience at the international, regional, and national level in management consultation, teaching and training. He was hired as the training consultant for Harvard University in Egypt. Dr. Mossallam has worked as a management international advisor/consultant for UN agencies; WHO, UNFPA, European Union, USAID, IPPF and JICA. Effective of July 2020, he became the recruitment advisor of El Maghrabi Eye Hospital Corporation. He has sound knowledge and experience in consultation, teaching and training in management including Strategic Management, TQM, Six Sigma, leadership, quality management, Entrepreneurship, negotiating and contracting and soft skills. During this period, he coordinated and contributed in more than 300 management-related conferences and workshops at the regional and international level. In 2006/2007, he was the technical advisor of one of the UN agencies (UNFPA). In 2008/2009, He worked as the technical advisor of USAID health project in Egypt. He maintained his position as contractual faculty at the American University in Cairo (AUC) for 19 years. He was teaching strategic management, operational planning, TQM, Six Sigma, negotiation skills and Supply Chain for post-graduate program in health care and hospital management. Also, he worked for more than twenty years as an Adjunct Professor, Arab Academy of Science and Technology, teaching strategic management, logistics, entrepreneurship, and negotiation skills. Dr. Mossallam is a co-founder and a board member in the Scientific Council of the Egyptian Medical Board for hospital management (El Zamala) and teaches strategic management in healthcare organizations, Risk management and Training of Trainers (TOT) in addition to supervising the final graduation projects. In September 1999, Dr. Mossallam has been appointed as Adjunct Assistant Professor, Management of International Health, Boston University (BU), USA. He used to teach at BU strategic planning, negotiation skills and health management information system for master’s degree students (MPH – BU). Between 2012 and 2015, Dr. Mossallam was a Board member of one of the biggest hospitals in the world for Children Cancer 57357 and the Chairman of the IRB and the president’s advisor of 57357 Academy. Teaching Hybrid/Online. In 2014-2015, Dr. Mossallam worked as the strategic management trainer for four of the biggest Oil companies in Egypt through four workshops for developing their strategic plans including Petrojet. Currently, Dr Mossallam is an adjunct professor at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology “AAST” teaching management for MBA and DBA including Strategic planning, Entrepreneurship, Contemporary management, Risk Management and Supply Chain. He is also Board Member of the Egyptian Board of Hospital Management “El Zamala” teaching Strategic Planning, and Supply Chain and supervising the graduation projects.
