1. Participated in organizing 5 presidential visits to China. During my work as a cultural advisor, I made maximum use of the first visit of the Egyptian President to the Republic to China, by organizing a meeting of His Excellency with 40 heads of the largest universities and research centers in China. It is the first meeting between an Egyptian president and presidents of Chinese universities in the history of the relations between the two countries.
2. Signing a memorandum of understanding for cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education in Egypt and the Ministry of Education in China on March 27, 2016, according to which Egypt obtained 500 scholarships for masters and doctorates divided over 5 years at a rate of 100 scholarships annually. The scholarships have included tuition and housing costs and a monthly salary of about 500 dollars. I supervised the implementation of these grants starting in September 2016, bearing in mind that since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Egypt and China, the number of official grants between the two countries did not exceed 20.
3. Supervising and following-up the cooperation project between the Chinese Academy of Space and Aviation Sciences and the Egyptian National Authority for Remote Sensing and Space Sciences on the founding of the Satellite Assembly, Integration and Testing center.
4. Contributed to the signing of an agreement between the Ministry of Higher Education and Research in Egypt, the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology and the Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research in September 2015, to inaugurate a joint Chinese-Egyptian laboratory for new and renewable energy, which will be held at the Academy’s Regional Development Research Center in Sohag Governorate; an agreement which is considered the first of the executive projects of scientific cooperation with the Chinese side in the new phase of Egypt.
5. Contributed to signing an agreement with the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology to transfer China’s experience to Egypt in the field of establishing science valleys, incubators for technological ideas and establishing emerging technology companies.
6. Contributed to the establishment of the Egyptian-Chinese Office for Technology Transfer in cooperation between the Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research and the Sino-Arab Center for Technology Transfer regarding the evaluation of science, technology and innovation policies.
7. Concluded a partnership between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Egypt with the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology through the China-Africa Cooperation Program, and we obtained scientific missions to train 120 researchers from young Egyptian talented scientists who obtained PhDs in various Chinese research centers for a whole year, with the Chinese side bears All costs.
8. Contributed to the establishment of the Egyptian-Chinese joint laboratory for solar energy transfer in Sohag, Upper Egypt, in cooperation between the Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research and the Sino-Arab Center for Technology Transfer.
9. Contributed to the establishment of a Confucius chapter on Egyptian TV in partnership with Beijing University of Languages ​​and Culture, and also helped Ain Shams University to establish a Confucius sector by preparing a session  for Teaching Chinese to Foreigners. We proposed the idea that the Confucius sector at Ain Shams University be different from Confucius Cairo, the Suez Canal and the Egyptian TV, so as to be of a research nature to present studies between Egypt and China within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
10. Participated as a representative of the Egyptian National Committee for Education, Science and Culture in the Third Regional Conference of the National Committee for UNESCO, which was held in Shanghai, China from 13 to 15 June 2016
11. Represented the Arab Republic of Egypt in the “Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation” held in the capital, Beijing, on May 14, 2017, with the participation of 150 personalities from around the world, including 29 heads of state and government and representatives of major international organizations such as the Secretary-General of the United Nations “Antonio Joe Teres”; the President of the World Bank “Jim Yong Kim” and the Director of the International Monetary Fund “Christine Lagarde”; and other international experts a prominent thinkers.
12. The signing of an agreement between the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education, the Beijing Vocational Institute for Information Technology and Misr El Kheir Foundation, enabling the two sides to create a model for modern educational and professional cooperation.
13. Contributed to the establishment of the Egyptian-Chinese Technology College at Suez Canal University in cooperation between Suez Canal University, Misr El Kheir Foundation and the Beijing Vocational Institute for Information Technology on Thursday, October 10, 2016 at the Beijing Vocational Institute for Information Technology.
14. Supervised the signing of cooperation agreements between Benha University, Beijing University of Forestry and Agriculture, and Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine on April 13, 2016. The fields of exchange have included students and professors as well as scientific and research cooperation between the two universities.
15. Participated in organizing the Chinese-Egyptian Forum for Agricultural Studies and Research at the University of Agriculture in central China in Wuhan, in cooperation with Benha University and the University of Agriculture in central China in Wuhan, and in the presence of representatives of the Desert Research Center, the Water Research Center, the National Research Center, the Environmental Institute at Ain Shams University and a large number of professors of agriculture in Egypt in the period between 13-15 December 2016.
16. Developed aspects of educational cooperation between Egyptian and Chinese universities, which contributed to the signing of a cooperation agreement between Benha University and Central China Agricultural University in the field of agricultural studies and technology on December 13, 2016.
17. Contributed to the signing of a cooperation agreement between Central China Agricultural University (China) and the Water Research Center (Egypt) in the field of agricultural studies and technology on December 13, 2016
18. Contributed to the signing of cooperation agreements between Alexandria University and the University of International Studies in Zhejiang Province of China and Northwest China University for Minorities in Hangzhou in June 2016, including the exchange of faculty members and graduate students, as well as participation in conferences and seminars to learn about the features of Egyptian and Chinese culture, Sending Chinese graduate students to study Arabic at the Faculty of Arts and Specialized Studies at Alexandria University.
19. Oversaw the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Egyptian-Chinese University and Beijing Jiao Tong University for Communications Engineering, Transport and Information Technology, which includes sending Egyptian-Chinese University students to study and training at Jiao Tong University, and also allowing Egyptian students to obtain a double degree from Egypt and China.
20. Participated with Prof. Dr. Essam Khamis, Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, representing the Arab Republic of Egypt, in the Conference on Innovation and Development in Technology and the Digital Economy of the Group of Twenty, which was organized by the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology and the Chinese Technology Exchange Center for the Group of Twenty held on May 5-8, 2017.
21. Participated with Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Saqr, President of the Academy of Scientific Research, representing the Arab Republic of Egypt, in the Chinese-Arab Conference on Technology Transfer and Creativity, which was held under the auspices of the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology in Yinchuan from 6-8 September 2017.
22. Supervised the signing of a cooperation agreement between the American University in Cairo and the University of Economics and International Trade in Beijing on 30/4/2018 in the presence of Dr. Ehab Abdel Rahman, Academic President of the American University, and Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hatem, Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education at the American University.
23. Supervised the signing of a cooperation agreement between Kafr ElSheikh University, Langzhou University and Zhejiang University from July 6-9, 2018, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Maged El Kemary, President of Kafr ElSheikh University.
24. The participation of Prof. Maged Negm, President of Helwan University, Prof. Ahmed Aziz, President of Sohag University, and Prof. Tarek El-Gammal, President of Assiut University, was organized in the International Forum of Presidents of Silk Road Universities on Techniques of Using New and Renewable Energy, which was held at the University of Energy Engineering in Beijing on 26 – October 30, 2018.
25. Supervised the signing of cooperation and partnership agreements between the University of Energy Engineering in Beijing, Helwan University, Sohag University and Assiut University in the field of supporting student and research projects in the field of renewable energy.
26. Participated in organizing the second and third sessions of the Forum of Chinese and Arab University Presidents in Yinchuan, under the auspices of the Chinese Ministry of Education and the Association of Arab Universities. The Egyptian side was represented by presidents of some Egyptian universities.
27. In the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, we were able to conclude cooperation agreements between some Chinese universities and educational institutions and some Egyptian universities such as Cairo University, Ain Shams, Alexandria, Suez Canal, Tanta, Banha, Kafr El-Sheikh, Mansoura, Pharos University in Alexandria, Badr University, Misr University for Science and Technology and the American University, according to which approximately 1,200 Chinese students are sent to study the Arabic language for the bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels. The study varied between studying short periods and a full academic year, obtaining university degrees, as well as masters and doctorates.
28. The Cultural Office was responsible for organizing the exams for our students abroad with the Beijing Committee only; and after I started my job as a cultural advisor and director of the educational mission in China, the Ministry of Higher Education decided that the Cultural Office would supervise the exams of our students abroad throughout China, and indeed we launched a committee in Shanghai and prepared all the logistical matters related to this committee from the beginning of April 2017, AD. We were also able to include Arab students from Syria, Yemen, Libya, Iraq, Palestine and Jordan in the examination of our students abroad.
29. Worked to activate cooperation between Al-Azhar, the Egyptian Ministry of Endowments, the Chinese Religious Authority, and the Chinese Islamic Society by increasing the number of training courses for Chinese students, imams and preachers to propagate concepts about moderate Islam.
30. Contributed to organizing Egypt’s participation for the first time as a guest of honor in the China and Arab Countries Forum and Exhibition, which was held in Yinchuan, Ningxia Province, in September 2017, by organizing a special pavilion for Egypt (commercial, cultural and tourism) and establishing a permanent center for Egyptian commercial, industrial and cultural products in cooperation with The Egyptian Exhibition Authority affiliated to the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Tourism, the State Information Service, and the Ministry of Antiquities.
31. Participated in organizing the first Egyptian-Chinese translation forum under the supervision of the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Chinese Ministry of Culture, the Egyptian Office for Cultural and Educational Relations in China, the University of Languages ​​and Culture in Beijing, the Confucius Institute at Suez Canal University, and the CCTSS Center at the University of Language and Culture in Beijing on  December 15, 2016.
32. Organized an intellectual forum entitled “The Forum for Chinese-Egyptian Intellectual Dialogue through the Silk Road”, in which elite academics, professors, experts specialized in Arab affairs and a number of prominent media professionals in the various Chinese and Egyptian media participated. It was hosted by the College of Arab Studies at the University of Foreign Studies in Beijing on Tuesday 27 12/12/2016 in cooperation with the Cultural Office of the Egyptian Embassy in China under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Egypt and the University of Foreign Studies in Beijing.
33. Prepared and implemented educational, cultural and scientific activities for the Egyptian cultural year in China with about 47 events, including the opening ceremony in Egypt and the closing ceremony in Egypt.

Awarded the Outstanding Contribution and Excellence Award in the Field of Chinese Language Teaching from the National Bureau for Chinese Language Teaching in China (Han Pan) which was handed over by the Chinese Ambassador in Cairo on 6/11/2010
