As part of the fruitful and distinguished cooperation between the College of Oral and Dental Surgery at Misr University for Science and Technology and the University of Genoa, the third module of the sixth batch of the Professional Dental Implant Diploma was held on Thursday, January 16, 2025, for three consecutive days. The event was honored by the presence of Prof. Dr. Hala El-Menoufi, Dean of the College of Oral and Dental Surgery
The module was supervised by:
• Prof. Dr. Massimo Frosecchi – Professor of Dental Implantology and Prosthodontics at the University of Genoa.
With the participation of a distinguished group of professors from Misr University for Science and Technology, including:
• Prof. Dr. Mohamed Mamoun El-Sheikh.
• Prof. Dr. Ali El-Sheikh.
• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Basem El-Fahl.
• Dr. Heba El-Sarif
The module witnessed distinguished attendance from trainees from various countries, including Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Sudan, Libya, Syria, and Palestine, reflecting the significant regional interest in the diploma.
The module included a series of lectures and workshops focusing on the latest techniques in dental implantology and fixed and removable prosthodontics. The training program provided trainees with practical opportunities to acquire both basic and advanced skills in this field, enhancing their professional capabilities and keeping pace with modern developments.
