As part of its third consecutive year under the “Towards Zero % Waste” Initiative, the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing at Misr University for Science and Technology announces this year’s contest under the slogan:

“Recycling Today for a Sustainable Tomorrow!”

Do you have an innovative idea to reduce waste and promote sustainability? 

Seize the opportunity and transform your idea into a project that makes a real difference!

• Target Audience: 

 – Students 

 – Academic Staff 

 – Support Staff 

 – Laboratory Specialists and Technicians

• Participation Format: 

Participation can be individual or in groups of up to three members.

• Contest Format: 

An integrated applied research project accompanied by a prototype.

• Participation Criteria: 

 – A novel idea that reduces waste and preserves the environment 

 – A practical project that can be implemented in real life 

 – Sustainable solutions with long-term impact

The winning project will receive full support from the college for its implementation!

Deadline for project submissions: End of May 2025 

Announcement of the winning project: End of June 2025
