Misr University for Science and Technology Participates in “Day of Egypt” Celebration at New Administrative Capital

Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST) participated in “Egypt and the Brotherly and Friendly Countries Day,” held under the slogan “Together for Peace.”

The event was attended by Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports; Major General Staff Atif Abdel Raouf Mahmoud, President of the Academy; and Major General Tarek Hilal, Vice President of the Academy, along with several Academy officials and officers.

Led by University President Prof. Hala El-Menoufi, the delegation included College’s deans and a large group of students. As part of the program, a student from the College of Mass Communication delivered a heartfelt poem celebrating Egypt’s influence and commitment to peace on both regional and global levels.

Alongside the celebration, a student exhibition was organized under the supervision of the University’s Public Relations Department, where Engineering and Computer Science students showcased a number of innovative graduation projects that impressed the audience. The Minister of Youth and Sports expressed interest in collaborating with the university to assess opportunities for applying these projects on a national scale. It is worth noting that this participation comes within the framework of the ongoing cooperation protocol between Misr University for Science and Technology and The Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies, which aims to strengthen academic and student exchange, and support joint research and training initiatives between the two institutions
