Qualifications and experience:

is a seasoned professor with over 25 years of experience in nursing education and
training. She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Science from Ain Shams University in 2010, with a dissertation titled
“Developing and Validating Disaster Management Plan for Ain Shams University Hospital.”
Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in establishing the Nursing Administration Department and the
internship training program at Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST), and coordinated the internship
program at both Ain Shams University and MUST.
