



On Saturday, April 26th, the College of Medicine held a workshop on sustainable development, focusing on its concept and how to apply its goals in daily life. The workshop was titled “Implementing Sustainable Ways in Daily Practice”.
It was chaired by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fouad, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Amira El-Ansari, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the college
The workshop targeted various members of the college community, including faculty members, support staff, administrative employees, medical interns, and students.
It included several lectures on how to implement the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the university level, as well as open discussions with attendees
The efforts of the college and the university toward an integrated realization of the goals and principles of sustainable development were reviewed, with a focus on the active role students play in realizing this vision
This workshop falls within the college’s broader plan for practical training and skills development.
