High-Level Participation Of Misr University for Science and Technology in the National Women’s Health Conference

As part of the growing attention to women’s health and the promotion of community awareness,

the National Conference on Women’s Health, held on October 1st and 2nd, 2025, at the Marriott Hotel in Zamalek, witnessed distinguished attendance from academic and medical leaders, as well as representatives of national institutions.

The conference was honored by the presence of Professor Dr. Hala El Monoufy – Dean of the College Oral and Dental Surgery and Acting President of Misr University for Science and Technology, and Professor Dr. Nehad El Mahboub – Dean of the College of Medicine at the university. Their participation reaffirmed the leading role of academic institutions in supporting national health initiatives and promoting community awareness.

The academic delegation was received by Major General Saeed El-Naggar – Assistant Minister of Interior, and Major General Nabil Fikry – Director of Medical Services at the Ministry of Interior, who welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of cooperation between security and academic entities in serving public health issues, particularly those related to women’s health and empowerment.

The conference included a series of interactive lectures delivered by a distinguished group of experts and specialists in the fields of gynecology, health awareness, and mental health, with the aim of promoting a culture of prevention and providing a supportive and healthy environment for Egyptian women.
