Qualifications and experience:

is a consultant, entrepreneur, investor, and university professor with 25+ years of
international experience in health informatics, IT, and hypergrowth company management across the US, Africa,
and the Middle East. He has founded multiple successful tech ventures, including MenaGurus, an angel investment
group, and held executive positions at the Wadhwani Foundation, Kharafi Group, and Polaroid MENA. He has also
co-founded Healthtech Public-Private Partnerships in Egypt. Academically, and is an Adjunct Professor at AUC,
while also serving as a consultant, coach, and speaker on health informatics, leadership, and digital transformation
