Carbon Footprint Unit is one of the specialized units within the Center for Sustainability, Climate and Energy. It translates the Center’s strategic priorities into implementable activities on campus and through community and industry partnerships. The unit will be linked to the University Climate Action Plan, the Center executive plan, and institutional sustainability indicators, while allowing future updates for projects, events, and achievements.

  • Prepare greenhouse gas inventories under Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3.
  • Analyze emission sources and link them to reduction plans and energy efficiency.
  • Prepare periodic reports supporting international rankings and institutional transparency.
  • Support the carbon neutrality pathway and review emission reduction targets.
