Capacity Development and Training Unit is one of the specialized units within the Center for Sustainability, Climate and Energy. It translates the Center’s strategic priorities into implementable activities on campus and through community and industry partnerships. The unit will be linked to the University Climate Action Plan, the Center executive plan, and institutional sustainability indicators, while allowing future updates for projects, events, and achievements.

• Design training pathways for students, staff, and faculty.
• Develop green skills programs and the proposed Carbon Footprint Diploma.
• Deliver programs on ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 14064, ESG, and CBAM.
• Transform events into scalable certified programs.
