The College of Medicine Conducts Community Health Caravan in Ebny Beitak

On February 26, 2025, Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST) organized a primary healthcare caravan serving residents of the 6th and 7th Districts in Ebny Beitak, coordinated by the College of Medicine.

The initiative provided free access to essential healthcare services and chronic illness management for 100 to 120 local community members, supporting disadvantaged and refugees residing in the area.

Specialist healthcare professionals delivered clinical consultations, preventative healthcare screenings, and targeted health education. Operational support was enhanced through active student volunteering, with MUST medical students facilitating patient intakes, assisting clinical specialists during consultations, and supporting the organized distribution of free prescription medications.

Through this health outreach programme, MUST continues to demonstrate its ongoing commitment to expanding healthcare access, promoting preventative medicine, and delivering compassionate care to local communities.
