The College of Medicine Conducts Community Health Caravan in Al-Mostaqbal

On April 23, 2025, Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST) organized a primary healthcare caravan in Al-Mostaqbal, serving residents surrounding the Shabab district, coordinated by the College of Medicine.

The initiative provided free access to essential medical consultations and diagnostic care for 50 to 60 local residents, delivering vital support to disadvantaged and refugees in the local area.

Specialist healthcare professionals provided outpatient consultations, clinical triage, and comprehensive preventative screenings. Active student volunteering proved integral to the visit, with MUST medical students organizing patient registration, assisting clinical specialists during patient evaluations, and managing the safe distribution of free medication therapy.

Through this health outreach programme, MUST continues to demonstrate its commitment to extending healthcare access, supporting preventative clinical care, and serving local populations in need.
