The College of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Drug Manufacturing Conducts Emergency First Aid Training Course for Outstanding Students

On December 28, 2024, Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST) organized an Emergency First Aid Training Course, coordinated by The College of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Drug Manufacturing.

The initiative provided targeted health training and practical clinical competency certification for 2 to 5 high-achieving pharmacy students through a complimentary university training grant, equipping future medical leaders with essential lifesaving capabilities.

Specialist healthcare professionals delivered intensive instruction covering emergency response protocols, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and basic life support techniques. Grounded in preventative healthcare principles, the hands-on sessions prepared students to respond effectively to critical health emergencies and sudden cardiac events within both clinical and community settings.

Through this specialized health outreach programme and its commitment to student volunteering, MUST continues to build practical healthcare leadership, empower students as active first responders, and promote emergency preparedness across the broader community.
