The College of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Drug Manufacturing Conducts Outreach Visit to Children’s Cancer Hospital 57357

On December 18, 2024, Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST) organized an outreach and study visit to Children’s Cancer Hospital 57357, coordinated by The College of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Drug Manufacturing.

The initiative involved 10 to 15 hospital professionals and pharmacy students, focusing on evaluating health communication strategies and providing comprehensive support for children with disabilities and their families navigating complex pediatric oncology treatments.

Specialist healthcare professionals guided participants through clinical observations of pediatric oncology patient care, health communication frameworks, and family-centered community support services. The observational sessions emphasized social inclusion and emotional well-being to ensure young cancer patients and their care networks remain integrated and supported throughout their treatment journeys.

Through this impactful health outreach programme and its ongoing collaboration with premier specialized health institutions, MUST continues to combine advanced clinical exposure with compassionate community service.
