College of Medicine Holds the 10th Medical Convoy for 2024/2025 Academic Year

On Wednesday, April 23rd, the Faculty of Medicine organized its tenth medical convoy for the 2024/2025 academic year, in collaboration with Souad Kafafi University Hospital, the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Manufacturing, and the October Health Units Directorate

The convoy provided free medical examinations and treatments in the following specialties:

• Cardiology

• Neurosurgery

In addition, awareness sessions were held on women’s health and the early detection of breast cancer

Patients requiring further diagnostic tests or surgical interventions were referred to Souad Kafafi University Hospital to receive the necessary care.

This initiative is part of the university’s vision and the faculty’s strategic plan for medical convoys, community service, and environmental development
