Field Training for Third-Year Students of the Department of Libraries, Archives, and Information – College of Arts, Cairo University

The Central Library at Misr University for Science and Technology hosted third-year students from the Department of Libraries, Archives, and Information – College of Arts, Cairo University, as part of the field training course for the libraries and information streams. During the visit, the students familiarized themselves with the various library departments and the services offered to its patrons, accompanied by Dr. Fatima Hamed, Dr. Mostafa Hilali, and Prof. Dr. Nadine Magdy, on Sunday, 23 February 2025. In a notable gesture, Dr. Mostafa Hilali donated his book “The Role of Ontologies in Knowledge Representation with Artificial Intelligence Techniques for Search and Retrieval Purposes: An Applied Study on Thought Production in the Field of Education” to the library, and the day concluded with the taking of commemorative photographs.
