The Unit participated, in cooperation with the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, in the conference “Supporting and Empowering Women and Girls”

On 25/8/2025, the Unit participated, in cooperation with the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, in the conference “Supporting and Empowering Women and Girls”, held at the headquarters of the National Council for Women in Nasr City. The conference discussed mechanisms for implementing the national project on combating violence against women in Egyptian universities, and the role of universities in raising social awareness. It was attended by:
Prof. Mona Hegres – Vice President of the Supreme Council of Universities,
Dr. Shaimaa Naim – General Director of Strategy at the National Council for Women,
Dr. Sara Abdallah – Rapporteur of the Unit and its Coordinator,
as well as members of the Council and representatives of Anti-Violence Units in Egyptian universities.
