·       Responsible for the development of the training center.

·       Conducted a Training Needs Assessment for the university.

·       Formed a team of twenty trainers by organizing a professional training course for Certified International Professional Trainers accredited from the Management Development Institute, Missouri State University through cooperation with Cairo University.

·       Introduced eighteen new training programs.

·       Effectively executed training courses for the university teaching staff members.

·       Designed a matrix consisting of four types of training domains to improve university’s teaching staff performance: Teaching and Education, Management and Leadership, Scientific Research, and Personal and Organizing domains.

·       Effectively led a team of professional trainers and administrative personnel and created a structure for the university training center.

·       Designed a strategic plan for future development of the center.
