According to Egyptian higher education policy to upgrade the system of foreign students to make Egypt the largest regional educational center distinguished in the Middle East in order to achieve the Egypt 2030 strategy, the mission of MUST foreign students affairs is based on seeking to increase the attraction tools of Misr University for Science and Technology by developing its services provided to foreign students and helping them To integrate with the Egyptian culture and introduce their cultures through various activities and encourage them to interact with university life to qualify them as ambassadors of the Misr University for Science and Technology and its educational services in their countries after graduation.

The strategic vision for foreign students’ affairs of MUST is concentrated on strengthening the university’s position as a strong and pioneering competitor in the field of higher education and raising its competitive capabilities at the regional and international levels, to graduate students and cadres with scientific and skill competencies for the regional labor market and keep pace with the developments and skills of the international labor market.

Mission

E- SERVICES

Facilitating the application procedures for foreign students through the university's website, receiving documents and papers via the international courier service or through direct delivery at the University's Admission and Registration Department.
E- PAYMENT process
E- registration and academic advising process through BANNER program.
Distance learning service through interactive lectures, live broadcast lectures and monitoring of attendance and absence electronically, with the possibility of conducting the theoretical semester exams on MICROSOFT TEAMS program.
Providing the academic content through the E- books system.
An e-mail for each student to facilitate official contacts with students, their embassies and families.
WhatsApp groups for foreign students in each college separately to communicate with them directly and solve the problems they face immediately.
A Facebook page to document and display photos and videos of tourist and recreational trips and various sports, cultural and artistic activities in the name of MUSTIANS FOREIGN STUDENTS (will be launching on November 2021).

Housing services

It includes a variety of accommodation facilities affiliated with the university, daily supervisors to follow up on the needs of female students and foreign students.

Transportation services

It includes a special discount on university bus fees for foreign students residing outside the Sixth of October City.

Tourist and Entertainment Services

A comprehensive tourism program to be announced at the beginning of each semester (monthly trip) under supervision of specialists in the field of tourist guides for museums and archaeological sites in Greater Cairo (free), Alexandria, Luxor, Aswan and Dahab (paid), accompanied by supervisors from the university.
A special discount for Foreign students and their families at "ECOTEL DAHAB BAY VIEW" hotel in Dahab throughout the year.

HEALTH CARE SEVICES

Comprehensive health insurance for the foreign student at Dr. Suad Kafafi University hospital, for $160 annually, which includes comprehensive health coverage for the student using the health card of the foreign student which includes providing full access to universal periodic examination services before the beginning of each semester for the incoming student.
