Our World Heart Day is in collaboration with World Heart Federation, you can expect to find a variety of activities and events that promote heart health and raise awareness about cardiovascular disease. Our activities include: 1. Health Fairs: where you can learn about heart health and get your blood pressure and cholesterol checked. 2. Educational Seminars: You will also find educational seminars and CPR workshop. 3. Heart Health Screening: to help you assess your heart health. 4.
