The College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Manufacturing at Misr University for Science and Technology participated in the “Eid al-Adha Carnival and Clothing Exhibition” activities on Saturday, June 8, 2024, in collaboration with the “Smile Makers Team” under the supervision and presence of Prof. Fawzi Nassif. The event aimed to bring joy to orphans and refugees during Eid al-Adha by donating unused clothes, shoes, and toys. The event was held at the Lawyers’ Syndicate Club in 6th of October City, attended by Prof. Dr. Rehab Abdel-Moneim, Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Naglaa Abdel Khaleq, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Assistant Lecturer Mina Joseph, Assistant Dean of the College, Dr. Ahmed Hanafi, and pharmacists Abdullah Massoud, Hamada Sedky, Marina Hani, and student Mai from the College of Special Education.
This initiative is part of the “Give Your Clothes a New Life” campaign, which encourages the reuse of unused clothes by delivering them to those in need.
