The College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Manufacturing at Misr University for Science and Technology, in collaboration with the College of Medicine, participated in the activities of the medical caravan aimed at providing free healthcare and promoting health awareness in the community
The college participated in the medical caravan by providing medications collected from the “Utilize Your Home Pharmacy for Good” initiative, organized through the SEF MUST student experimental factory. This initiative involves a campaign to collect unused medications from homes and distribute them to those in need, under the slogan “Utilize Your Home Pharmacy for Good.” The medications must be valid for use and are collected through designated boxes located throughout the university, reflecting the university’s commitment to community participation, social solidarity, optimal resource use, and anti-waste policies
Additionally, the hand sanitizer used in the medical caravan was manufactured at the SEF MUST student experimental factory
