“Empowering Health: Crafting Quality APIs and Diagnostic Solution”
















For the third consecutive year, the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing prepared and organized this camp in collaboration with the Central Library, held on Wednesday and Thursday, 5–6 February 2025. The camp was distinguished by the presence of an information specialist in each of the eight groups to support scientific research efforts, as teams competed in developing their projects throughout the two days. In addition, the projects were judged by a panel composed of:
- Eng. Wael Rifaat – Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SITA Incubator.
- Dr. Assem Al-Aqbaoui – Commercial Director at EIPICO Pharmaceutical Industries.
- Dr. Alaa Attia – Business Development Manager at EIPICO.
- Dr. Khaled Al-Rifai PV – Inspector. Moreover, an outstanding advisory committee oversaw the camp’s success, comprising:
- Prof. Dr. Rehab Ahmed Abd El-Moneim – Dean of the College.
- Dr. Nada Labeeb – General Manager of University Libraries.
- Dr. Hoda Shamloula – Assistant Dean of the College.
- Prof. Dr. Walaa Hamada – College Vice-Dean for Education and Student Affairs.
- Prof. Dr. Naglaa Abdel-Khalek Geba – College Vice-Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.
- Prof. Dr. Maha Ali Issa – College Vice-Dean for Graduate Studies and Research.
Additionally, the teaching staff, support staff, and the Executive Office of the College Dean contributed to the event. The winning teams and the judging panel were honored, and the General Administration of University Libraries was presented with the participation trophy. This year’s projects were also noted for undergoing an evaluation of their artificial intelligence usage (AI Checker).
