Under the patronage of Mr. Khaled El-Toukhy, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Prof. Dr. Nihad Mahboub, Acting President of the University, and within the framework of the cooperation protocol between the Library of Alexandria and the Central Library of the University for the inauguration of the Knowledge Embassy at the library, as the first Knowledge Embassy to be inaugurated at private universities in Egypt, Prof. Dr. Emad Khalil, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Nada Labib, General Director of University Libraries, and Engineer Walid Rashad, Head of the Information Technology Sector, met with Prof. Dr. Ashraf Ahmed Farag, Director of the Knowledge Embassies Administration, Dr. Engineer Ahmed Samir, Head of the Information Technology Sector, and Engineer Ahmed Abdel Wahid, Network Administrator. The delegation took a tour of the Central Library to introduce its services and activities on Tuesday, July 16, 2024.
