The celebration of World Environment Day took place on Monday, June 24, 2024, with the participation of the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Manufacturing, represented by Professor Dr. Rehab Ahmed Abdel-Moneim, Dean of the College. The event was held at the Conference Hall of the 6th of October City Authority, under the patronage of Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Head of the Authority, and Engineer Rania Samir, Deputy Head of the 6th of October City Authority and General Supervisor of the Equal Opportunities and Women’s Empowerment Committee. Dr. Marwa Banouha, Assistant Head of the Authority and Head of the Equal Opportunities and Women’s Empowerment Committee, Dr. Maha Tawakkul, Women’s Committee Official at the Board of Trustees of the 6th of October City, and Dr. Iman Atef, Community Awareness Official and Rapporteur of the Equal Opportunities and Women’s Empowerment Committee, were also in attendance.
