“We Cannot Stop Overthinking,” was a seminar held by the College of Special Education and presented by Dr. Abdel-Jawad; it was a great success in psychological counseling and attempting not to attach to negative thoughts, judging ourselves or others.
The symposium allowed attendees to interact, participate in discussions, activities, and talk about themselves, which made the seminar valuable and fruitful, and it received great interest from everyone.
At the end of the seminar, the College of Special Education presented the “university shield”to Dr. Abdel-Jawad Khalifa.
