The college held a specialized workshop in field of prosthetics, entitled:

“Robotic technology used for orthoses and prothesis manufacturing”

“3D printing, device implants, digital design tools, and footprints” The workshop was on Wednesday, 30th, November 2022. College of Physical Therapy aimed to raise the level of knowledge of Physiotherapy students and about all that is recent in the fields of Physical Therapy. Department of Physiotherapy for Diseases of the Musculoskeletal System and its Surgery (Orthopedics) in cooperation with the Student Union of the College of Physical Therapy under the supervision of Dr. Hassan Fouad Al-Helaly and Dr. Mohamed Farouk Abdel Latif – Staff members of the Department of Physiotherapy for Orthopedic Diseases and Surgeries prepared and organized the workshop in collaboration with ORTHOMEDICS, a pioneer firm in the field of manufacturing prosthetic devices in Egypt.
