Under the patronage of
Mr. Khaled El-Toukhy,Chairman of The Board of Trustees;
Prof. Ashraf Heidar, University President;
and Prof. Hala El-Menoufy, Dean of the Faculty of Oral and Dental Surgery,
for the first time in Egypt and the Middle East, Module One of “Masters Degree of Laser Technicality and Science in Dentistry” by Genova University, an Italian, European governmental university. Module One was held at the Faculty of Oral and Dental Surgery, Misr University for Science and Technology.
The study is a 2-year advanced one for all laser sciences and technicalities in Dentistry and a practical application on patients under academic supervision in Faculty of Oral and Dental Surgery, Misr University for Science and Technology.
The Module took place on the 2nd and 3rd of December, 2022 with the presence of Genova professors: Prof. Rita Feghali and Prof. Jihad Habli for two days as the Module included theoretical lectures and clinical workshops on patients and a large number and variety of practical cases of patients that were provided to the candidates. The dentists were trained using soft & hard tissue lasers available in the Laser Application Center in the faculty. The Fellowship in Laser Application which is taught in Misr University for Science and Technology is considered as a qualification to join the Laser Masters program as it is considered as a preparatory phase accredited by Genova
