The woman is the half of the society and is the basis of its complete goodness, whoever educates, prepares, and raises the other half. Today, we were honored to organize and attend the symposium held by the college administration under the auspices of Mr. Khaled Al-Toukhi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and chaired by honorary Prof. Dr. Mohamed Omar Abu Douh, the President of the University, entitled “Violence against Women”, which was given by Dr. Amira Tawadros, Executive Director of the Anti-Violence Against Women Unit at Cairo University. The symposium was divided in its second session on another important topic, which is “Sports and its role in psychological support for women”, in which Dr. Hajar Kamel Abou El-Enein was responsible for the scientific content of the CID-accredited Hausa Sports Program. The symposium was also attended by a group of university leaders, led by Prof. Dr. Mukhtar Al-Zawahiri and Prof. Dr. Nihad Al-Mahboub, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. The symposium was also attended by a group of college leaders, headed by Prof. Dr. Hala Al-Menoufy, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Abeer Kamal, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Alia Mahrous, Vice Dean for Environment and Community Affairs, department heads and faculty staff members.
