Prof. Hala El-Menoufy, Dean of the College of Oral and Dental Surgery, Misr University for Science and Technology, inaugurated MUST Digital Center at the College of Oral and Dental Surgery, in the presence of Prof. Mokhtar El-Zawahry, Vice President for Follow-up and Documentation and Mr. Serag Zaher – Executive Director of the University, and Engineer Walid Rashad, General Director of the Education Technology Center, and under the patronage of Mr. Khaled El-Toukhy, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, who gives great attention to the educational process, as he always sets his sights on the task of developing the educational process.
Prof. Ashraf Haider, President of Misr University for Science and Technology, stated that the MUST Digital Center at the College of Oral and Dental Surgery is the first center of its kind in Egypt, in which educational programs will be taught in relation to this advanced and new specialty in the field of dentistry, and the Fellowship of Digital Dentistry is taught in cooperation with professors and experts in this field from the University of Genova, Italy.
Prof. Ashraf Haider confirmed that an agreement has been made with the University of Huddersfield, England, for another program related to MUST Digital Center, through which the students will be awarded a master’s degree in the field of Digital Implantology, in addition to several research plans that will be implemented in the center.
Prof. Hala El-Menoufy, Dean of the College of Oral and Dental Surgery, stated that Must Digital Center aims to provide the latest and best treatment plans for patients in record time after presenting and discussing them with the patient, and to improve the efficiency and accuracy of medical services provided compared to traditional methods, and to advance toward a fourth-generation university. Prof. Hala El-Menoufy indicated that MUST Digital Center also aims to graduate distinguished candidates that are suitable for the labor market and qualifying a dentist with good scientific and practical capabilities, using the latest technology.
